The Arcanum is a bonus back bling item with a rarity level of epic. This cosmetic item is available for the game Fortnite Battle Royale. Equipping the item does not provide any benefit to the player or have any other functions except for aesthetics.

The Arcanum cosmetic item features a bandolier filled with vials of green liquid with a flask of an unknown medicine. A syringe and some other containers can also be seen hanging on the bundle. When equipped, this back bling is attached to the player’s back but does not provide any benefit or function.
