The Deflector is the name of one of the legendary back bling cosmetic items for the game Fortnite Battle Royale. Back blings are cosmetic items that are often in the form of backpacks, shields, and capes. These items do not have any added function or provide any benefit to the wearer and are mainly for aesthetic purposes only.

The Deflector is a futuristic gadget covered in copper-colored metallic armor. This gadget emits a yellow glowing light at the center and features some black strap and handle. While the back bling is bundled with the Vertex skin, it can also be used and paired with other outfits.

The Deflector is a part of the Apex Protocol Set and is the official back bling of the legendary outfit called Vertex.

In order to obtain this legendary back bling, you must first purchase the legendary outfit named Vertex for 2,000 V-Bucks that will randomly appear in the Item Shop. This back bling cannot be purchased or acquired separately.
