The Hypnotic is the name of a back bling item with a rare rarity available to the Battle Royale version of the third-person multiplayer shooting game Fortnite.

The Hypnotic is a back bling which is bundled with the Mesmer outfit. Its design is quite similar to a rectangular school bag. Its distinct features include a face with an open mouth letting its tongue and eyes opened to their full extent. Its face is horrifying.

This back bling is a part of the Sun Soldiers set and is the bonus back bling item of the outfit called Mezmer. Although it is bundled with the outfit, this back bling can be used in pair with other outfits.
