The Scourge is the name of one of the epic female player skins that are only available for the Battle Royale version of the game Fortnite. This outfit changes the appearance of the player’s avatar but does not provide any added function or benefits. Scourge is the female version of the skin Plague.
Design
The Scourge features a mysterious hooded female figure wearing an all-black coat. The skin also features a black narrow hood that covers the head of a woman wearing a plague doctor’s mask. This player skin also features some leather bracers, gloves, and boots, and is wearing an hourglass necklace. The outfit is made complete with the bunch of potion vials hanging on the back as the skin’s bonus back bling called Arcanum. This avatar is based on the plague doctor medical physicians during the bubonic plague.

This epic costume is part of the Grim Medicine Set. This skin comes with the Arcanum epic back bling cosmetic item as its bonus back bling.
