As a part of the promotional loot package between Fortnite BR and Twitch Prime, this outfit can only be obtained if you have an Amazon Prime  / Twitch Prime account and link it to epic games by using the following the link: https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/twitch-prime-pack. Both the first set and second set of promotional items can be redeemed.
