The Death Valley is the name of one of the skins for the pickaxe harvesting tools for the game Fortnite Battle Royale.

Design

The Death Valley pickaxe skin is inspired by primitive bone tools This skin features a metal pickaxe with an animal skull attached to the top end of the pickaxe. The shaft of the tool also gets replaced with a long bone.

    This pick axe looks like trash. I went to buy the Fireworks Team Leader, and had the selector on it, then clicked to purchase it, and it switched over to Death Valley to steal 1500 of my V-Bucks. Thanks a lot for no confirmation screen, Epic Games. You people know what you’re doing by omitting the confirmation screen. You are being unethical. Shame on you.

      Why would you come here of all places to put in a complaint? There are multiple threads that talk about this topic and you put unnecessary agression on a harvesting tool? It’s a bit upsetting to see the only harversting tool I like have only one review that only talks about a problem (which I agree with you on). It is quite a rudimentary pickaxe, quite simple compared to the wackiness that fortnite offers… but I love it’s tribalistic design, they’ve done so much based on things in the past yet they still have yet to do any tribal skins. Im glad they didn’t just put a cow skull on top of the default pickaxe, its well detailed in it being non symmetrical… they took time in making it and that effort pays off. I can’t wait to get this in the shop the next time its out
