The Blasting Cap is the name of one of the epic back bling cosmetic items for the game Fortnite Battle Royale. Back blings are cosmetic items that are often in the form of bags, capes, and shields. These items do not provide any added function or give any benefit to the players. Back blings are created for aesthetic purposes only.

The Blasting Cap features an American-inspired top hat with lots of fireworks inside. This hat is strapped upside-down on the player’s back holding all the fireworks. The hat and the contents do not provide any function and are only meant for cosmetic display. This back bling is designed to commemorate the USA Independence Day (4th of July).

This back bling can only be obtained by purchasing the Epic outfit called Fireworks Team Leader in the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks during its random rotation. This back bling cosmetic item cannot be purchased or obtained separately.
