The Gurney Gear is the name of one of the epic back bling cosmetic items for the game Fortnite Battle Royale. Back blings are cosmetic items that are often in the form of bags, capes, and shields. These items do not provide any added function or give any benefit to the players. Back blings are created for aesthetic purposes only.

The Gurney Gear features a packed and folded red-colored Gurney that is strapped on the player’s back as a backpack. The back bling is designed to be paired with the Field Surgeon outfit, but can also be used and paired with other outfits.

This back bling is a part of the Support Squadron Set and is the bonus back bling item of the outfit called Field Surgeon. Although it is bundled with the outfit, this back bling can be used in pair with other outfits.

This epic back bling can only be obtained by purchasing the outfit called Field Surgeon in the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks during its random rotation. This back bling cosmetic item cannot be purchased or obtained separately.
