This back bling cosmetic item can only be acquired by obtaining the Reflex outfit available after purchasing the GeForce Bundle. This bundle can be earned by buying the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, GTX 1070, or GTX 1060 Graphics card, laptop or computer set during the promo period.
