The Royale Shield is the name of one of the shield-type back bling cosmetic items for the game Fortnite Battle Royale.

The Royale Shield back bling features a medieval shield with a red colored horse crest and a blue and white background. This shield back item is for cosmetic purposes only and does not provide any function or adds any benefit to the player equipping it. This item is identical to the Squire Shield.

This bling is a part of the Fort Knights Set and is the shield back bling of the Royale Knight outfit. T back bling is not tied to the Royale Knight outfit and can be paired with other outfits. However, before Season 3 of the game, this back item is inseparable from the Royale Knight costume.

This back bling can only be obtained by purchasing the Season 2 Battle Pass and reaching tier 21 to unlock the Royale Knight outfit. This back bling cosmetic shield item comes for free with the Premium Battle Pass Season 2, and cannot be bought or acquired separately otherwise.
