Stitches is a weird-looking back bling cosmetic item that you can get if you purchase a specific outfit in the Battle Royale version of the third-person multiplayer shooting video game called Fortnite. This back bling item, when equipped, does not provide any benefit or gameplay changes to the player and remains only as a cosmetic item designed to improve the player’s appearance.

The Stitches back bling item is a weird looking black bear stuffed toy with stitches and patches all over the body and face. The bear’s right eye seems to be missing and is roughly covered with black bandages, while the remaining eye seems to glare creepily. The bear’s mouth is also wide open – showing a creepy set of sharp teeth and a ripped tongue patched with stitches. The bear’s limbs are also filled with stitches indicating that the stuffed toy was torn and repaired repeatedly. This back bling item is meant to be the back item of the outfit called Lace.

The Stitches cosmetic back bling item is the bonus back bling of the epic Lace outfit. Both of the items are a part of the Ouroboros set that features a cult reference.
