The Trusty Tusks is the name of one of the epic back bling cosmetic items for the game Fortnite Battle Royale. This cosmetic item is among the Japanese spiritual themed skins. This item does not provide any benefit to the wearer and is mainly used for aesthetic purposes only.

The Trusty Tusks is a huge back knapsack that features a giant Oni or demon face decal with red skin and big bloodshot eyes, two white horns, and two giant white tusks. The knapsack seems to be a large blue bag with a grimoire strapped under it. The Trusty Tusks back bling item is designed to be paired with the Taro outfit, but can also be used with other outfits. The bag does not provide the player with additional storage or have any benefits in the game.

This back bling is a part of the Storm Familiars Set and is the bonus back bling item of the outfit called Taro.
