Take the L is also another rare emote that is included with the Fortnite: Battle Royale video game

Although it seems obviously harsh, making use of the Take the L emote is all fun when the intended recipient is your opponent in the Fortnite Battle Royale video game. It is just a crazy and funny way of telling your opponents to accept their defeat and come back stronger next time.

Also known as “Take the Loss.” The term is usually used to depict inability to achieve the desired goal. It perfectly fits in for some unwanted circumstances like failing a test, getting dumped by your partner, being stood up, getting pounded or burglarized, losing your cash in a trading system, betting, or through exploitative business plans. Take the L emote is not available for sale. It can only be earned at Tier 31 of the paid Season 3 Battle Pass. Players can equip themselves with 6 emotes/emoticons which will be available on the Emote Wheel whenever the “B” button is pressed on their PC during active gameplay.
