The Cuddle Bow back item features a giant black bow tied to the player’s back similar to a doll. While it is designed to be a part of the Cuddle Team Leader outfit, this back bling can also be paired with other outfits.

This back bling is a part of the Royale Hearts Set and is the bonus back bling of the Legendary Outfit called Cuddle Team Leader.

To get this legendary back bling item, you must purchase the Legendary outfit called Cuddle Team Leader in the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks during its rotation. After purchasing the item, the Cuddle Bow back bling will automatically be given to the player. This back bling is not sold separately and cannot be obtained by any other means.
